Manuka Sixes

The inaugural Manuka Sixes took place the day after the PM X1 game in Canberra featuring teams from Federal Parliament, ACT Assembly, NSW Parliaments and the National Press Gallery.

The Federal Parliament Six a side squad performed well with the Seselja and McCormack families, Matt Canavan, Peter Hendy and Andy Turnbull. In the end the National Press Gallery proved too strong with fine performances from both Andrew Probyn and Colin Bettles.

NSW Minister for Primary Industries, Lands and Water, Niall Blair leads the NSW Parliament by example, taking the wicket of Senator Matt Canavan.

A donation of $2500 was made to the Lords Taverners.
